But her world unravelled in 2013 when the couple divorced. Her savings dried up, she was declared bankrupt and she was forced to work a regular job: behind the bar at a Japanese-themed karaoke club in Melbourne’s CBD.

Brynne Gordon was working as a fitness model in California when she met Geoffrey Edelsten on a bling date in Las Vegas.

In an interview with New Idea earlier this year, Brynne said she doesn’t regret marrying Edelsten, who was 41 years her senior.
«I have no regrets from that time in my life. Not at all,» she told the magazine. «With all the good times and bad times, that’s what’s brought me to where I am today. Everyone goes through hard times, but I’ve had a lot of amazing times, too, that I wouldn’t trade for anything.»

Why did Brynne Edelsten keep Geoffrey’s surname?
«A lot of people ask me why I don’t go back to [my maiden name] Gordon, but it’s because I’ve taken his name for so long and I don’t even think of it as Geoffrey’s surname anymore,» she told New Idea.
«I think of it as a surname I’ve used for this many years. It doesn’t have anything to do with the marriage anymore. It’s who I’ve identified with.»
What happened to Brynne Edelsten after her split with Geoffrey?
One week prior to the couple’s 2014 split, Edelsten — who was worth a reported $100 million back in 2011 — filed for bankruptcy in an Ohio court. It was revealed he had $18.2 million in debts.
It’s believed Brynne did not receive a monetary divorce settlement from her divorce with Edelsten. Then, in 2016, she too was declared bankrupt by Melbourne’s Federal Circuit Court.
The star’s glamorous life completely unravelled when a Victorian law firm chased her for a reported $70,000, a sum she owed them for legal representation during her divorce.
«It’s been really stressful and tough. I feel really frustrated,» she told the Daily Telegraph in 2016. «It’s left me, financially, in a really tough place trying to cover things… I’ve gone through all my savings.»
It was reported Brynne downsized to a one-bedroom apartment in Melbourne and had to dramatically cut back on her flashy ways, which was once documented on her reality TV show My Bedazzled Life in 2012.

Just as she appeared to have her life back on track, Brynne’s world was rocked once again when police raided a property in Melbourne in ine, as well as stolen property.
Brynne and a 39-year-old man were charged with a number of offences. The socialite was initially released without charge but the following day police laid their charges.
«After further inquiries were made the woman was arrested and charged with traffick methyl-amphetamine, possess methyl-amphetamine, use methyl-amphetamine and deal property suspected proceeds of crime,» a statement from Victoria Police read.
«Earlier this month, I was charged with criminal charges,» Brynne said in a statement to the media. «I am shocked and saddened by these events and will be vigorously fighting all charges. I am very thankful for the support of the team around me and will not be making any further comment.»
Who is Brynne Edelsten dating?
Since her divorce, Brynne has had other very public relationships. She dated and was engaged to comedian Brett Hunter until their split, before moving on months later with advertising sales rep Coby Boatman.
«She was my girl crush, but more like a fantasy girl crush than anything I took serious,» Brynne said on The Kyle and Jackie O Show at the time.
In March this year, Brynne debuted her new man Brok Eastwood, who at 38 is the same age as her. And it seems she’s finally found her happily ever after.
«I felt it straight away! I have never had someone treat me so well,» she told New Idea . «I just love spending time with him and he makes me smile every day. I never saw it coming, but I could not be happier.»
